Hello. The actual Quebec’s Government is about to pass a law, la Loi 106,
to build a petro economy, and a petro decided non democratically by a petro
government.
On the other hand, I read: the book: L’effondrement de la civilisation
occidentale ( The collapse of the Western civilisation) which speaks about the
Chinese Solar city project. Dezhou.
IN Quebec, we have already 50% of our energy coming from hydroelectricity
and we have the second largest wind energy power available in the world.
So, I , as a citizen, would like a new Utopia: stoop the climate change and
begin in Québec. ( and continue the Deahou initiative)
Perhaps China could finance our Monorail project? Perhaps China can sell us
a very good and not costly electric car? We have too much electricity now!
