Hello Mr Huang Ming, congratulations for your Right livelihood award.

I would be nice if Quebec starts a new utopia: stop the climatic changes, begin home.

Perhaps you could help us.

We already have 50% of our energy from hydroelectricity. We have too much but don’t electrify our trasnport. We have the second  richest wind potential in the world.

Our present Federal and provincial Governments are stupidly going in the direction of building a petroeconomy and society.

Would you have a copy in english or french of othe Chinese renewable Energy Law you  helped construct?
